Racism, inequality, and poverty are serious problems in America. Maybe our most serious. And they must be dealt with. On this you and I agree - I hope.
The difference between us, and its a serious one, is that you blame our founding principles for these problems while I blame the difficulty of living up to the founding principles for these problems.
You wish, accordingly, to destroy these foundations, while I wish that they were truly honored.
